Still no play at the Riverside. Wet pitch, after Storm Dave took the covers away, seemingly. Although I'm not aware of any rain overnight and it certainly didn't rain at Chez Footman 1 mile away, so I think there must be more to it than that. The sun has been out all day and there is still a breeze, so wet pitch makes no sense to me.

The sight screen was blown to pieces, apparently, but that only requires an additional big white sheet and some nails to fix the screen up. Still, I'm sure Durham are as keen to resume play as I am.... they're in a strong position in this game
