Fell away a little after Gay got out but I think the 3 batting points means - if we win- it'll be the record points for a season- and the current record ( can't remember the team!) was when it was 16 games.
Bowling is a lot weaker without Potts, Stokes and Raine but I still fancy our chances. Certainly shouldn't lose from here.

It's increasingly hard to tell if news is genuine or a parody-'but there's a FB post claiming Lancs have cancelled the end of season awards ceremony to avoid having to deal with irate members!

Never mind. The match situation looks excellent and McK has another 2 matches in which to find 84 runs to bring up 1,000 runs for the season, which would be a big achievement for him

and, of course, it would be remiss of me were I not to mention that McK's 70 runs today took him past 1000 CC runs for the season. 1044 to be precise
