one side getting warning and the other with fine and an actual punishment, again goes with the motion that ICC are never consistent with these situation.
ICC are really baffling with Sledging/aggression they wanna reduce it since they think it creates to many hot moment like in the 2nd odi and the samuels situation but at the same time they allow it to happen with odd punishment and only telling the match referee to get strict in certain series.
So far the only series ICC have warned that sledging or aggression will not be tolerated are the Ashes, India vs Aus and ICC events and even then ICC did nothing when Stokes/Samuel had a show in the ICC final.
Also not sure what series Arthur been watching, NZ might be playing in a nice way, But india not changed their way, ok maybe sledging not happening to a massive level, but they not exactly playing in the sprit of cricket, excessive appealing, running in the wicket etc.
Although did like Ross Taylor swearing in hindi, that made Virat kohli laugh in the field.

It isn't just England you know!
But England players/press/some fans constantly criticise the opposition for their conduct. But are reluctant to extend it to themselves. That's bias, or hypocrisy. Ok perhaps for a fan, not so much for a journalist or official.

You'd hope both sides would pay regard to a little bit of Kipling- there is lack of humanity in not recognising how your triumph provokes their disaster.
My guess is the Sky coverage attempts to cover over the unsporting behaviour of the England team. I read a post about Atherton writing about the poor behaviour of Stokes, Buttler and Root, but they never seemed to touch on this on Sky, when I had it.

All players got one demerit point and if any player reaches 4 they miss one test, two odi or two T20 which ever comes first.
Sabbir Rahman got 3 pt, mortaza 1 and Buttler 1 and Jadeja got 3.
This system started on the 22th September.
Not sure why the bangladeshi players got a fine and buttler didn't or why Stokes isn't included in this or Tamim Iqbal for the matter.

Well it wasnt the celebration that was the problem, Stokes (and the English press) jumped on the "he will never learn" comment he made. Out of context it might sound cocky and rude, but he went onto explain that Stokes always targets him, and that when he does it makes him more determined to beat him. So in sledging him, all Stokes is doing is making Samuels play out of his skin..... so maybe Stokes should keep his mouth shut and Samuels might not be so focused.
Samuels maybe has a point... he averages over 50 vs England in tests, and 46 in T20s
