FIFA are going to meet about goal line technology..

why do they only ever meet when something has happened?

why cant they actually get off their butts and introduce something which will help the game, instead of waiting for it to happen and then getting badly critcized about it!

And the most outrageous suggestion - Topless women footballers. No, not really but he did say they should play in tighter shorts and more feminine clothes. The Adidas stiletto-heeled football boot never really took off although it was popular for girls out on the lash on a Friday night in Middlesbrough.
