Pujara isn't in my team, because i would just have him in the test side.

he's clearly a very talented guy in test cricket, and i obviously haven't seen a lot of him domestically in one day-ers, but on the rare occasion i have seen him, it seems to me that he's much better suited to test cricket.

He has the 2nd highest List A average of all time (behind only Bevan) at a SR of over 90.

Rahane and Rohit, on the other hand, ...

Binny is in the squad - needs to have a few games if they are going to pick him in the squad - still can't understand how anyone can justify selecting him ahead of Rishi Dhawan

Not really like for like. Binny more a batsman who can bowl 5 overs. Rishi Dhawan is a proper bowler who can bat a bit. Binny is an alternative for the number 6 slot if Rayudu doesn't click. Don't rate Binny very highly but he's probably not in direct competition with Rishi Dhawan.

Decent bowler. No world beater but steady performer at domestic level. Brisk pace, swings the ball and can bat a bit. Probably a bit unlucky not to have made his debut yet considering some of the others who have been picked ahead of him. He was in the squad for WI ODIs but missed out due to injury, so you'd have thought he might come back into contention as soon as fit, so a bit strange that he wasn't even in the 30 man probables for the World T20.

He was first picked in an India squad 5 years ago on the Test tour to NZ in 2009. Yet to make his debut in any format...Not that I expect him to make a big difference to the Indian team of course.

Kulkarni and Dhawan IMO both need to be given a go ASAP..
