I'm doing it right. Last night the site crashed when I tried to update. Yesterday the site told me I'd updated, but when I went back, the old players were in situ. I'm starting too far back now. I'll just take my wooden spoon.

I had to reload it this morning as it got to the team page and crashed

it's been down for a lot longer than a couple of hours. I tried to change about 6pm (I think...may have been a bit later) which, given that the game requires people to constantly change their teams, is just not good enough, really.
