Not confirmed yet but BBC say a fee has been agreed. Lots of other news sites say the same. He's also been left out of the Ajax squad this weekend.

Blind was excellent for Netherlands in the World Cup. He is a DM but has played as a CB and LB too. Really gives us a lot of flexibility.

Don't think there's any top quality ones that are available. There are a few around but i doubt any team would let them go as they've got no time to buy a replacement.

Blind will probably be the last signing but if there is one more then it will probably just be a decent CB, nothing special.

Hasn't had much of a chance, but he's a good, clever player, and only 25. £6m is a bargain in today's mad world.
