When you look at Uniteds first 6 league games, I really dont think they could have asked for an easier start to the season.

QPR at home has to be 3 points.

Our signings have played for a collective 120 minutes so far though.

And still he has 9 injuries although out of them only Jones is really a first team player. Before the international break we had 10 injuries and a lot were first team players along with Rojo not being able to play and Blind, Falcao not signed.

So in the next few games we should start performing I hope. It's stupid to write him off.

United has a few "easier" games for the players to get to know each other, and for Van G to work out who will fit where and the like. First big test is probably against Everton on the 5th of next month. Then there are some tasty games. I guess for United to finish third they need to make sure they beat Arsenal, Everton and Liverpool home and away. They will also need to win the next 3 games against QPR, Leicester and West Ham to get their season started.

Will be interesting to see if Welbec starts up front for Arsenal today againt City. Think he will cause some problems, and he will probably score :rasta

It's quite funny how much United fans defended Welbeck over the years.

Then he leaves and every opposition fan thinks he's better than Van Persie of a couple years ago.

Wonder why?

Suppose Cleverley is the next Pirlo.

no toure for man city today

on the wellbeck thing , I don't think he is in that class , I just think he will fit into the arsenal team better than giroud

I would agree with that. The thing is he is still young, so if he can develope the finishing, he could become very useful, and United will wish they kept him.

Read somewhere else, he could become like Shearer, or Heskey :rasta

Blatant dive from Wilshere...ref doesn't even book him.

He is the worst footballer I have ever seen ( worse than Welbeck ), hes not good enough for League 2.

If Arsenal don't do something with their possession soon, City will punish them.
