Roy doesn't have any prestigious signing sessions scheduled in bookshops like Kevin though.

Newman is ripping into KP in the Mail. Trying to get some early blows in. Apparently details of the autobiography should be out tomorrow evening.

Wow just read it.
Newman also having a dig at telegraph.
The annoying aspect of all of this is been the petty argument and writhing done by all parties.
Very hard to actually trust any cricket media in the England anymore.

seems a bit lazy to bring up the Stanford event , what exactly is it that KP was meant to have done wrong , almost like he is just trying to somehow associate KP with something that in hindsight turned out to be a bit of a black mark on English cricket

and as for the swann comments after he retired , didn't he specifically say he wasn't talking about KP ?

and the last comments about KP not staying to get a detailed explanation , he had just been told he had been sacked and wasn't gonna play for England again , in his position would you care what the reasons were ?

He would have learned that Downton saw the whole of the Sydney Test and thought KP looked disinterested.

I like the bit where it says the Telegraph is pro Pietersen. Until recently, Derek Pringle was leading the anti Petersen campaign in the media (ignoring the occasional bile from Henderson).

Only cricinfo seems to have been balanced about KP. Don't know what the Times has been like though.

KP's batting off Newman's loopy medium pace on twitter at the moment.
