He'd be sued for libel if anything he wrote against the England players/management was untrue.

Only if it can be proved that hes lying. Its annoying that he paints himself as a saint in every scenario.

From the stuff i've read, he does criticise himself, and he doesn't blame everyone. Given he's been sacked, there is inevitably going to be some self justification.

Considering I don't care a jot what his book contains I don't know why I'm on this thread, lack of cricket does strange things to one's mind.
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.

Anyway, I'll leave you with a negative. Some of the descriptions are quite poor. Prior being a dairylee triangle that thinks he's a brie; and Moores being a woodpecker that bangs away at your head is poor stuff. And Flower hoovering the joy from the room.

One of the things that I don't understand is, if KP is desperate to play for England again ( as he claims ), then why did he turn down opportunities to play FC games for Surrey this season ??

Think of how it would of looked if whilst England were losing to Sri Lanka, KP was scoring tons for Surrey.

He's said a couple of times he should have played FC cricket this year.

It'll be interesting to see if Surrey offer him a new contract.

Aaron Finch (who is streets ahead of KP) has an equal desire to play test cricket for Australia, but opts to play County Championship cricket in the summer to give himself every chance of earning that baggy green cap.

So KP saying that team mates urged him to tell his story about Flower is an invention, or Flower wasn't aware of how he was perceived?

Flower was aware of what had been said. He has said he could have appeared happier, but the tour was obviously going badly so he looked stern most of the time.

Interesting tweet from Tremlett: "Glad @KP24 has finally been able to give his side of the story. People can now make an informed opinion of what went on in the dressing room"

I can imagine after the horror that the tall bowlers endured, that Tremlett, Finn and Rankin will welcome a critical exposition of the ashes tour.
