If that had been done in the appropriate manner all well and good, but it wasn't. Now all you have is a public slanging match. The time for a proper 'review' has passed, the opportunity lost and there have been significant changes in both management and players since.
If it's your judgement that what is happening now is a sensible part of a review process well good luck.
I don't think it is ideal, but it's better than nothing. KP has talked about the lack of support he got over his injuries, look at England's recent track record of managing their players, even under the new regime we saw Prior brought back when he was in no shape to play. A player bringing that up in the press is better than the refusal to acknowledge there is an issue.
