Pretty boring game in the end, just too many goals in the final 5 minutes.

Liverpool were IMHO deserved winners. Sterling was simply on fire and with out the two touches producing own goals Liverpool players would have tapped in. Having said that Balotelli did miss a sitter late on.

Dunn shouldn't have pulled Caulker back for that QPR free kick, should have gambled for the win and it turns out the safety first led them to lose cause he wouldn't have been in the box to score the og.

Sterling was head and shoulders above every one else on the pitch but apart from that Liverpool were very ordinary for large parts of that game.

Balotelli looked a little either disinterested or perhaps even depressed at times. Gerard didn't have me jumping for joy either. Overall though in that last 15 minutes Liverpool never took their foot off the pedal and that deserves at least something.

A point is no good at home to a below par Liverpool side. In anycase Balotelli showed in the rest of his performance he couldnt hit a barn door from three feet today. Besides the other covering defender would have stopped it getting to him.

Was that in the post match? If so very strange to even admit that if it were even true. That tells you a little bit about what's going on in that camp. When I think back to the way Liverpool handle the Surez racial incident it doesn't surprise me at all.
