Why oh why are they trying to take a single on the 5th ball of the over, to get Shiv on strike to face the final ball :hmmm

Really got to wonder what the thinking is here. It just seems that shiv gets to a point and then sees a not out next to his name. Not this time though, run out trying to face the last ball of an over.
