Today game pretty much proved the point I said the other day where the toss could decide some games.
If pakistan batted first chances are england would have won the game, I find more teams win chasing now especially when teams score around 250-280 in the first innings.


Good warm up for Pakistan since they really need practising chasing 250+ total quite incredible how many times they choke these type of games.

Can't wait for the World cup to start really hope it is a good one I really hate cricket fans that Moan/Bi**ch about the World cup.

this article was annoying to read, really annoys me that Cricket doesn't have one global event that everyone looks forward too, Bilaterial Test Series/Ashes is not the same since only 2 nations fans care about it what makes the World cup special is that every fan in the World looks forward to it/all the best players in the world take part ETC.

England do much better when they bat second. They do very badly batting first. They mainly win when the bowlers find some help and the batters get to chase a small total. They struggle when they have to decide what is a par score, batting first.

Yep their are couple of teams where the Toss will decide the game/give them more chances of winning the games.

England they really need to bowl first
India need to chase or hope the batting scores 310+ in the first innings( unlikely in current form of batsman)
Sri lanka probably more confident of chasing especially with Jaya, Sanga, Dilshan and Matthews.

Can't wait for Group A since if England/Sri lanka win toss or play well they can easily win games against Aus/NZ which would destroy World cup quarter final predictions.
Really want a South africa Vs New Zealand/Australia quarter-final just so 2 of india/England/Sri lanka/Pakistan qualify for the semi finals.

Plus the predicted quarter final games look crap in paper only India games looks interesting against either England/Sri lanka, South Africa game is only interesting if Sydney turns against Sri Lanka or if England pushes them close in Melbourne.
