Why are England still batting, waiting for Jimmy to break a finger? A few more runs are hardly necessary and ond on this pitch 20 wickets may not be easy to come by. Cook only declares an innings at 500 and above.
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.
