16 an over just doesn't feel right when it was 9 an over when they went off. 13 an over seems fairer in the circs but the system has worked pretty well for a while. Better than 23 off one ball.

England had a chance when they went off, now they have almost no chance, not sure that equates to NZ being screwed!!!!!

Rashid is a good boundary hitter just doesn't seem to have the power to hit it all the way.
