Don't think they'll be dropping Haddin just yet.

Even if he did drop Root :)

But the third Mitch has to be on the team sheet by now.

Probably won't but they should. Averages 15 in his last 21 innings.

Nice to see England have jumpers that look mor like cricket jumpers instead of those tops that looked like like sloppy joes.
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.

They probably won't drop Haddin, but I would. Apart from dropping Root he dropped plenty that didn't come off the edge. That for me is a sign his reflexes are on there way out.

Sounds like Starc may not play the next match.

We've got to the tail now, is it going to one of those frustrating periods.

Yeah I did think his glove work standing back was a bit sloppy ; though he took a couple of very good catches standing up , to be fair.
Think this might be the Tour Too Far for him. But will they be looking to throw the new boy in straight away ? I reckon not until at least after the Lord's Test ...and it might depend on the result too.

Wow, beautiful shot from Johnson there. Has Bumble never seen him bat before? He sounds surprised. :clap

Only 21 overs to the new ball so even if these two do survive till then, the end is nigh.

They say it's tough for inexperienced keeper to keep at Lords so Haddin might remain the safe bet. He is also a sort of talisman in the Aussie team.

Good for Johnson to get some time in the middle. Got to take from this match any crumbs that are fed.
