On SKY they are claiming England asked for slow pitches, strange with 4 pace bowlersin the team. England doesn't have pitches that are fast and bouncy anymore so why not have pitches that help accurate pace bowling.

I was just about to type that Bell should be given a rest from standing at second slip and there we go go. Concentrating for hour after hour with nothing coming your way is tough.
