Seems as if the points deduction is a suspended penalty & will be applied next year if they produce another poor pitch.

Glamorgan website reports Glamorgan have been stripped of the 1pt they were awarded for the game,deducted a further 2 ptsthis seasonand Hants awarded the 2 pts for the game.
