his batting isnt really required so im assuming they think woakes is the better bowler

i do agree with that but i also like to have the left arm variation in an attack that now has four right arm seamers who all bowl a fairly similar pace

I don't think I can recall a season where so many bump balls were reviewed. In the day I played and you couldn't rely on action replay (no cameras), you watched everything and a bump ball was always considered a relatively simple thing to pick up.

bowling first change is the worst thing for a bowler in ODIs, you are normally bowling to two batsmen who have played themselves in and are just beginning to look to put the foot down

you either need to get an early wicket or you will get hammered, will be a big test for woakes

yep, you have to be constantly taking wickets to restrict teams these days, that is something we have never been able to do

rashid seems to have gone from 47-49mph to 50-53mph which although is a small change will hopefully mean his control is improved

his second was an excellent over, warner and burns were both beaten in the flight
