Ohec has backed down a bit today and suggests that Watto would only play white ball cricket.

My main concern was Fidel Edwards, in the squad thankfully, hope he's fit enough to play.

Not fussed about Gatting, but worried about Adams' form.

Not been following the scores much at Taunton this season, but traditionally it's the best batting track in England.

Not turned on the commentary yet. How on earth did Adams get run out? That should never happen in the first hour of 4 day match.

And also the last way you want to get out when you're in terrible form.

What the BBC blog had to say....

Jimmy Adams falls in rather strange circumstances as Jamie Overton runs him out with a direct hit from deep extra cover, with Adams going for what looks like an easy third run.

Two big wickets to lose just before and after lunch. Both gone for similar scores and dismissals.

172/3 when I nipped out the office. Just come back and we've collapsed. Hope it means there's something in the pitch and not just plain terrible batting.
