Just woken up. Looks like the last day was more interesting than seemed likely. Wonder if England batted too slowly this morning.

Misbah goes with 26 overs in the tank. I guess Pakistan wouldn't be motivated to bowl those overs though.

They close at 2:30 don't they or do all the overs have to be bowled?

Dunno, the last sixteen have to be bowled once the last hour begins. But we're nearly in the last hour.

they announce a point when the last hour play is starting and there then has to be a minimum of 15 overs

would be interesting to see if cook would actually demote himself from opening if we ended up needing to chase 100-ish from 15-20 overs

Cricinfo's Andrew McGlashan says "have to bowl the overs on the final day...but light will come in before that. Went off 5.37 yesterday"

After England finish 80 ahead, Pakistan are bowled out for 183 and then England knock off the 104 needed for victory in eight and a half overs.

Not far away from what I said yesterday!

No way, that looked a clean catch, fingers under the ball, never touched the ground.

Misbah shouln't be complaining, he started this proble.
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.

Don't feel quite as daft calling for spinners to be picked now.

Moral victory for England even if the light intervenes.

Stokes and Ali to open the batting?
