Premiership 2015/2016

The beautiful game!

Sunderland - like Norwich and Villa before them already this season against us - showed absolutely no intention of trying to get back into the game. Big Sam even brought Rodwell on for Fletcher just after we scored!! It's just disappointing that we didn't take one of our chances earlier in the game.

It's polar opposite to you guys, as you gave it your all to try and get back into against us. Just like Leicester did.

Your issue really is one of quality, that's it. Style of play, management, player desire etc is all there (which cannot all be said for the likes of Vila and Sunderland), you're just lacking that PL quality - at both ends of the pitch. Unfortunately (because I would love you to survive), I'm not sure you can solve that given your injuries, the January transfer window apart.

Chelsea one down with half an hour left. City could be 17 points clear by the end of the weekend.

With the results today, and if Stoke stay in front.

Then i would say Chelsea are in a relegation fight :rasta

I've said this for about the last month but surely Mourinho can't keep his job now?

Seriously though, what is happening to Chelsea this season? Not sure they'll make the top half at this rate.

I didn't actually think that Chelsea were that bad, Costa aside (the guy has gone too far. He's seems to have forgotten that he's a striker - and a lone striker at that - and just wants to show off his bruiser boy style). A bit more luck, and an Aguero type up front, they'd have won that comfortably in my view.

If the previous games weren't sufficient to get Jose the sack, I can't see that today will have made much difference.

Costa in trouble again it would seem

Did not seem much in it, unless he stood on the guys foot.

I haven't yet seen a replay of it, but watching it live I did notice something out of the corner of my eye that made me raise an eyebrow. As a former steward myself, if Costa has crossed the line, then I do hope he gets punished accordingly.

To be honest, even if there is nothing in this particular incident, it is only a matter of time before Costa gets involved in an off-field incident with a fan or steward or ball boy etc. Whether it ends up being Hazard-esque, Cantona-esque, or somewhere in between, only time will tell.

Rumours our owner is selling 25% of his shares to an American investor.

American investors have a good record in the Premier League!!

Not good.

At least not a controlling interest, yet.
