I am wondering how

Non Asian players do not play matches on wickets which offer turn at so big angles. It should certainly make batting difficult for them as they are not used to so much of turn. Such pitches would make batting tougher for non Asian teams.

Prominent innings from Hales and Taylor in the series is quite promising for England. Might be worth JT going to the WCT20 in India, even though he is not in England's T20 side currently.

this means he has taken 51% of his wickets in 15% of his matches

in asia he has 24 wickets in 12 matches @ 23.8
in england he has 5 wickets in 11 matches @ 88

Because pace is less of a benefit? While it's good to have it if needed, especially against the tail, maybe cutters and changes of pace are more useful on these pitches.
