Delighted to see Vince make important runs on his debut, with out him playing a very mature knock England could have easily been skittled. He's never really made the most of his chances for the Lions but played a similarly impressive knock on Finals day when the rest of the Hampshire side couldn't work out how to score a run.

Equally happy to see Billings prove his worth after England were lambasted for sending him in against Australia this summer.

There is a real depth of very promising limited overs players in England, if only one or two of them could make it in to the Test side.

Obviously happy to see England sticking by Parry even if he was expensive, bowling him out when Rashid didn't get a single over is a strong statement to make.
