why are england appealing like their is no DRS.

Yes Stokes has seen a few drops in his time. Flintoff suffered that way too.

Why is Ali bowling middle-middle and leg line? Surely he should bowl for a slip catch not Lbw.

Maybe they are going to use it if it's taking out middle.

If they had pressured the ump into giving the Amla 'edge', it probably would have stayed onfield. Given not out, it wouldn't have been overturned.

I actually think (as I said earlier) it's over-appealing. I'm looking for possible reasons why it isn't. During the summer when England were playing NZ, the suggestion was they were going to play a more honorable or sporting 'brand' of cricket.They felt the public were being turned off by what they saw. So I'm looking for signs that this is going to continue, as I welcome that intention.

NZ series is an one off.
Stokes, Root, Broad are too aggressive to behave like that at all times.
