Hardik is a bowler who we can expect to leak lot of runs due to lack of control over line and length. His advantage is he is a player who can fill in with 2 to 4 overs of medium pace as well as bat @SR over 250+ and is a fielder who can take brilliant running catches in outfield. We do not have options in that category and he is best considering the options he provides in T20 format as of now. Irfan is out of touch and struggles with injury so tough to pick him in World Cup type tournaments. Stuart Binny is not as good as Hardik. Rishi Dhawan is not international quality yet.

Key to Pandya is that he provide some overs, his probably one of india best lower order hitter prospects and brilliant fielder.
