I think he's just reacting to the media saying he's finished after the Germany performance, which is fair enough, he is his Captain after all.

Not that I particularly want him back in the side, you can't see him with enough pace to keep up with those young guns. I would however question what condition these guys will be in when the tournament starts. Hopefully the title race won't have drained them too much.
