With that 600 runs, you only need one :angry

Think about others less fortunate than you!!!

I had 600+ runs last time and lost! Maybe need to rethink my selections.

My game looks interesting, the other guy got loads of bowlers playing but I will more likely score more runs which should make it close.

600 runs with 5 wickets gives the same performance score as 200 runs and 15 wickets.

400 runs and 10 wickets produces 33% more...

There is a balance to be had :)

That is interesting didn't really think Run scoring was a huge advantage.
was actually going to suggest changing wickets to be worth 0.75 next year, but looks like the game scoring doesn't need changing.
Intresting think I have scored 269 runs and 5 wicket so far, the guy I faced as mostly bowlers hopefully I score enough to win the game.

my Brown got a duck as well

Ian has started to steadily take wickets now so it doesn't matter much how many runs I score, I can't take the wickets to go with them.

Not that it matters, much.... as soon as I saw which teams weren't playing this week, and then saw how little wicket taking potential I had once the England boys had turfed all my bowlers out, I'd written this one off

Ian's two boys off the bench seem to be his biggest contributors atm. Sometimes that's the way these things work out

Last year my team selections were spot on, I very rarely left out higher scoring players than those in my XI. My squad this year however, could take more juggling depending on how the fixtures fall...

It would appear that fortune has favoured me in this Matchweek, but there's still a long way to go... I'll offset this one against being beaten by an un-managed Eagles side against my 7or8 man team last year!

Powelly didn't bother to pick a team this week and left out two wicket taking players and a century scoring batsman but he still is favourite to beat my 9 man team. It is close though and I could pull through if Clarke and Barker take more wickets.
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.
