I think it is hard to play that way when the ball is doing something and you have the likes of Anderson in decent form. You can go out there and leave the ball, but you know there is a decent chance that there is a very good ball around the corner. I wouldn't say that it's complete suicidal to try and put pressure on the bowlers and get them to alter their lengths in such conditions.

With England being a bowler down, if Sri Lanka are still batting by stumps they will get easier conditions tomorrow to set England a total of sorts.

Riding his luck. Kinda get the feeling though if he can stick around for an hour the scoreboard will look very healthy.
