Im building a raised garden bed out the back and have been coming back in to check the score. The score card says Slovakia are better as they have put the ball into the net more times than Russia.

You do acknowledge that occasionally a team can play better than another and not win? Or am I to assume not?

I agree with that, though that does remind me of when our reserve team came back from a game, which they lost 7-0, saying we were the better team but they scored 7 and we done everything but score.

Stats say Russia had 65% possession, 6 more shots, and the Slovakia defence made 43 clearance out of their own box to only 4 from Russia.....
