It was a planned attack by ultras group Bad Blue Boys (Dinamo Zagreb) on the Croatian FA. Apparently been in the Croatia media all this week.

And then the fighting is suppose to be with rival Torcida (Hajduk Split) fans.

I guess to fine/punish the FA as the fans think they are corrupt.
