We have got a lot of good kids, especially in the youth England teams right now. It's just not many get a chance in the Premier League.

Its easy to improve this team.
Drop Henderson... the midfield becomes instantly 50 times better. He is just utterly useless.

Who would you play instead of Henderson?
Not convinced by Ali or Dier at international level yet. Though both are young. To much is being expected of Ali at present.
