Poor by England.

On the bright side, given the usual whinges on this board (from me as much as anyone), the crowds and the pitches for this series have both been pretty good (with the possible exception of the pitch for this test, but something tells me there will be a final day flurry of wickets that will keep it from from being labelled a bore draw).

Probably going to be the best bowling conditions of the day.

Something in the pitch again this morning.

at some point in the next 2 days we are probably going to have to bat for 3 full sessions to make sure we dont lose, shouldn't be an issue looking at this pitch but we'll make it look like a minefield when we bat

Well done to Karun on the hundred. Can't say he's been put under pressure however.

If he's the only spinner bowling, he's the only spinner who will.

Well done on his first Test wicket though.

80m spell for the occasional SLA.

Feels like there's enough in the conditions for India to win this.

there was a comment about how little stokes has bowled the last couple of games and whether we were wrapping him in cotton wool and just wondering if dawson bowling this much is a sign of just not wanting to use the other bowlers in a dead rubber

there is a situation in baseball where a team gets off to a terrible start, the starting pitcher gets pulled and they use one of the bullpen almost as a sacrifice to pitch the majority of a game they cant win, save the rest of their bullpen for the following games and just accept the loss.

If that was the plan, then maybe just change the side. It doesn't explain why Rashid isn't bowling.
