Australia have bowled pretty well in these last few : but there's been some very poor batting. Really wasting the efforts of Ronchi Williamson and Taylor.

I'm saying 290. Which probably won't be enough.

290 off 46 overs is still not an easy chase

alot will depend on whether Southee and Boult can get early wickets

That's true. Four overs less than usual so equivalent to 325-330. But they were seriously on for that sort of total even off the 46 !

Boult and Southee may indeed make this a good score . And it might yet reach 300 anyway as Milne hits out...

NZ all out with one over unused. 291 is OK , I guess. But my gut feeling is Australia will get them unless Boult demolishes the top order...I think the NZ all rounders might struggle to contain when they bowl.

But you never know ...

They hae let Australia back into the contest though when for a while there it looked like they would set a big total.

Hazelwood did a great job of cleaning up the tail.

But I note also the handy efforts of Head and Henriques in not conceding much over five per over for the fifth bowler combination. Not sure NZ will be able to duplicate that.

i think its good as it means we just have to win one of the two games which would take us to 4 points and then the team we have beaten cant get 4 points so net run rate wont come into it

the only negative would be that its now not possible to qualify on just 2 points via net run rate should whoever won today win all their games and the other team lose to bangladesh but beat us
