Stokes out uncharacteristically tamely to the spinner...

SA getting into a strong position here. Need Moeen to perform now or this is going rapidly downhill.

(lost TV for a minute after that wicket - what was all that third umpire thing about ?)

Im watching the conclusion of the tennis, but the radio seems to indicating that Moeen just played some outlandish shot first ball.

think they were checking if the ball hit de Kock on the helmet(insert Kenneth Williams pic), after it popped up off the gloves before he eventually caught it

yeah, slog swept the first ball for four

would have been crucified playing a shot like that first up if it had got a top edge

Yeah, radio indicated it was the umpires looking to see if it deflected off the face guard into his hands.
