Premiership 2017/2018

The beautiful game!

Yeah, its been a problem spot for over a year, but Liverpool have not fixed it. Yet going forward they have huge talent, with Coutino and Lallana to come back. Crazy that they went and bought the ox, but have done nothing in defence.

They sold their best defender to palace. But yeah, it's a back 5 including keeper that wouldn't look out of place at Brighton.

Doesn't help klopp plays like the Japanese fought at iwo jima. 2-0 and a man down, pushing 5 forwaed

Bournemouth might well be early favourites for relegation.

If they go back down, they have a pretty big fine to pay for FFP as well.

Brighton should have a good chance of beating us next Friday. We'll be pointless, Brighton will be confident after scoring at least three today.

Drop in the ocean compared to money earned whilst in the Premier League.

More worrying is the wasted money in transfers and the big wage bill.

Not a good day for the Liverpool teams. I didn't see the game, but I did see the red card. It was a definite for me. Not malicious, but it doesn't have to be.

Kind of performance we needed to kickstart our season, scoring three against a team known for its defending.

I'm with Gary Neville on that one, in the minority mind.

budgetmeansbudget wrote:Probably nothing wrong with the keeper, just the medics trying to justify the red card by dressing him up in neck braces and the like!

I was right, a minor scratch in the end, needed a plaster nothing more.
