really annoying since it looks like india lost the game on a poor last hours session yesterday.
oddly enough the batting hasn't actually been that bad today, but it was impossible to recover from losing 3 early wickets yesteday.
especially considering india didn't have much safe or reliable batsman after Rohit Sharma.
pretty hard to expect 50 or 60s from Ashwin, pandya, Saha, Bhuvi on this deck.
hopefully india to get within 100 of the SA score so they can still make a game of this in the 2nd innings.

I know this sounds stupid at 87/6 but think india batted better in this innings, barring the 45 mins session yesterday than they did in the last 2 test in england in 2014.
in those tracks india were hopeless and were not even close to the par total or what most teams would score in those conditions at least here india would get around a total expected from the conditions.
don't think many teams would be scoring many on this deck facing Philander, Rabada, Steyn and morkel.

hopefully india could get around 150 and make a game of it in the 2nd part of the game.

2 fours for Hardik, probably he's decided that there is no way he can survive , so tries whacking like Moeen irrespective of match situation. Or that the tailenders are at other end and better to get some runs as anyways this won't last longer.

funny enough I think the match situation warrants him going crazy at the moment.
in a low scoring game a quick fire 50-60 is worth 100 or more in a normal game.
really if you looking at the scoreboard, De kock and De villiers cameos probably changed their innings.
if you remove them SA were probably struggling to get 200 as well.
