According to Martin Enmerson Steel was dropped twice shortly before reaching 50. So the pitch must still be helping the bowlers, another 50 runs and you never know. Can't see them getting that fat and they certainly won't by just prodding about so someone needs to chance their arm and play a few shots imo. When If it doesn't work it'll at least get it over with quickly.

It was Rushy. I thought Emmerson said Patel was bowling but must have misheard! So he's on 399 wickets.

Just 6 more runs needed so Rushy will probably have to wait until next week for his 400th wicket. I dread to think what'll happen in that match- Warwickshire at Edgbaston.
