Can't tell what sort of lead we need. There have been regular partnerships but the bowlers also well in the game.
Spinner Briggs looked dangerous so Patel might have a big role to play.

we'll find some way to muck it up, but in theory at least, it ought to be possible to set Sussex a target of 300, which might be quite challenging.......... at least we'll know if Sussex really are title/promotion worthy
