Championship fixtures are out - first game for us is away to Derbyshire on April 5th! Then at home against Sussex the following week.
And later on a nice trip to Southport for the Championship match against Lancashire.

Has he not been fast-tracked into the England side by now? I thought they were going to amend the rules - with a bit of luck he'll be in the IPL and miss our first game against them, it's the first home one so surely he won't be there.

Yep! The signings we made have obviously strengthened the side and county cricket is very unpredictable but my instinct is we'll be a decent div 2 side but probably no better.

Abbas will be involved with Pakistan until at least July 5th-we play Leics 7th July!, return on August 18th.
Not surprising because of the World Cup very few 2nd div. sides have signed an overseas.

just noticed we have 2 games in the second half of May, 4 games in June and 2 in July!

Yes the CC games are spread evenly across the summer which begs the question why hasn't this been the norm in the recent pass. No doubt CC will be further marginalized when Graves' folly kicks in. I'm convinced that will have a short lifespan but not before that Yorkshire megalomaniac has bankrupted cricket.
