Stokes nearly got the wicket though!

A life for Jason.

Yep. Should have caught that one.
All afternoon the Sky commentators have been pondering the declaration, I think they stopped talking about England bowling them out about 10 minutes after lunch!

hey ho... pitch must have flattened, so I expect England to bat for the last 2 days and chase down anything the WIndies set with ease

after all... they have the steel, they have the temperament, and they have the determination

they must have batted long on days 4 and 5 many, many times... they are, after all the finest that England have... a group of warriors led by a lion, and guided by an astute professional

With all that going for them, it'll be a doddle

piece of ssip

alternatively.... WIndies might bat on until they have a 1000 run lead and then knock England over for a 900 and something run victory

Still talking sense...for now at least. Alec Stewart coming up with all the cliches about how being positive means positive in defence as well as attack.
And Stokes is still bowling!

Forgot to mention this. A journalist at the ground tweeted - during the collapse yesterday - that he'd spoken to a couple of England fans earlier on who had booked a speedboat session for Sunday because they were sure the match would be over inside 3 days. Looks as if they will be right!

he needs to practice a few lines and repeat them endlessly if he wants to make his living in the Sky comms box

Wristy player, steely eyed, start the car, start the car, steely eyed, start the car, wristy player, very wristy, start the car, steely player, wristy eyed, steel the car, C**t, I'm not sure England have enough you know, start the car.... then wait patiently for ITB to say something staggeringly out of touch like not understanding why people who've paid 100 quid to watch a test match haven't popped over to the pub around the corner to watch an England football friendly on the telly
