Mind I seem to recall Kohler-Cadmore once destroying us single-handed in a T20 whilst at Worcs.

Yes, was that the game where Colly scored a hundred and we made what seemed like a winning score until TKC destroyed the bowlers? He's got a point to prove too after being 'blacklisted' by FTECB alongside Joe Clarke following revelations in the Alex Hepburn trial.

Seems he's got a habit of doing us. Scored a mere 164 against last season in RL50.

Let's hope it's third time unlucky! Bresnan has been a tborn in the side before too on several occasions. Thank God Bairstow and Root are otherwise engaged alongside Rashid.

83-1 after 14, which seems like a reasonable start given that the ever dangerous Brezza has bowled 7 of them.

The Raine experiment looks like a go-er, given that his 32 runs got us to 55 in only the 7th over. Lately we've been starting very slowly and then building up the run rate (Did we not score 29 or 34 or something in the first 10 against Leicester, or did i make that up?). With the weather not looking that great, getting plenty of runs on the board early should surely help us if the dreaded Messrs D and L kicks in to set them a revised target later

Yes, got to be worth a try. When we've made a big score it's been despite a poor power play.

and that has come about, I think, because we've been nodding off a bit. 19 runs, only, off the last 5 overs as Steel closed in on his highest ever score and Lees closed in on another 50. Things just seemed to drift a bit

Now, of course Bangers needs to get his eye in, so while Lees is faffing about in the mid 40's we are only going along at 3 an over.

last boundary came in the 24th over. Since then we've scored 5, 5, 5, 1, 3, 3..... although Bangers has just hit Poysden for 6. My worry is that he's feeling pressured to do that because of the current run rate.

Might have been a bad ball, of course, but he doesn't normally do that in the early part of an innings
