I thought Hosein was keeping. The commentators were saying that it was a tricky one because the replacement keeper was already in the team as a specialist batsman.

That was my understanding too. In addition, if I heard correctly, the comms were saying that he had to be phoned up to come in, so it doesn't sound as though he was even in the ground when Hosein went off injured. He wasn't in their squad. The 12th member of the squad was Cohen

Seemingly Sunderland have been in the play offs 6 times since they were introduced and have never been promoted. They have been relegated though. I think in one of the early years they were in a relegation spot and had to have a play off with a promotion hopeful from the division below, and lost that too, so went down

Guest has the w/k symbol next to his name on the scorecard which led me to that conclusion - looking back though it was Hosein who carried the symbol on yesterday's scorecard. Doubt if it'll influence this game but not strictly within concussion protocol i.e. like for like replacement. Dal certainly shouldn't be allowed to bowl.
