14 overs available should we decide to have a go at trying to snaffle another two bonus points. We have 2 set batsmen and a short boundary, and with the draw odds on and almost no prospect of losing the game we might as well have a go and try to secure as many points as we can. If we do have a go and score quickly, then that might give us the chance of a couple of sessions tomorrow to go for the sneaky win

75 run lead and think there must be a few overs left if they're making up for the ones lost to rain. That Glamorgan line-up looks a bit vulnerable to me so wonder if there's an outside chance of a win.

I can never understand the last day rules but I think you're right. 348/3 at the close. Excellent day in the end , not even a hint of a collapse and then good acceleration after an unusually solid start.

I'll believe it when I see it. We must have played to nearly 7pm today to fit 104 overs in

my guess is 5pm plus 16 overs tomorrow regardless

I'm of the " no catch up overs permitted on the final day" belief.
We bowled them out in 70+ overs in their 1st inns so give us a similar number to do likewise in their 2nd.

I thought so too. Could still be an interesting day, wonder what the plan will be for the declaration? Need to come out all guns blazing in the morning . Bowling them out in a couple of sessions is a realistic- if unlikely- prospect.
