there was a time in a run chase when the longer the innings went on the more we inevitably subsided slowly and inexorably towards defeat

now we do it from the very first ball

Our confidence must be completely shot to pieces. I can't think of any other explanation for our recent performances either with the bat, the ball, or in the field. There really isn't a single part of our T20 machine that isn't broken beyond repair

There is a silver lining in all this, however....... at least we only have one more home game for people to avoid going to

Dreaded DL might kick in and ask us to score 150 in 12 overs or something daft, when the truth is we probably couldn't hit 150 in 30 overs
