Ben Raine claws back his reputation, which suffered from a flogging from last night, with a 5fer today

2 wins in the last 2 and that'll be most of our wins for the season.... or at least it was last year. Last year we followed back to back wins (away wins... they're always away wins) with a run of about 7 or 8 consecutive defeats.

3 of the next 4 matches are at home and I'll bet you we lose them all in front of the ever dwindling home crowds

I've just watched the highlights. Bedders innings was a thing of great quality. Brutal pulls, glorious cover drives. It really hard to believe that we left him out last year and were going to do the same this year. I have no idea what's happened to Dwarshius.

I don't trust this weather. It has the distinct look of something planning to ssip down later, so I'm not going to bother tonight

I don't trust the weather and I don't trust us not to stuff it up either

I'm on my way. BBC forecast looks reasonable...but the overhead conditions are steadily getting darker!
I also don't trust us not to mess it up - always have the opposition as favourites in this format.
If it stays dry you'd probably expect a low scoring game in overcast conditions...especially if we bat first.
