No, seems Derbys are holding out with 9 down and an over to go. But only 30 short.

The mighty Essex welcome Yorkshire to the Ambassador cruise line ground today, i will be there for day 1 heading down there shortly, cant make day 2 as playing cricket myself tomorrow but may go to 3 and 4,

I wish rajitha would get the new ball over Snater I really do...Snater is far too slow and bowling back of a length is such a waste...pitch looks good and a really good crowd here first morning

Paul Walter has a hamstring issue which is why he misses out...

Jason Roy is in the Surrey XI which is good to see and is carded to bat 6 when Surrey do bat

Definitely a change in colour of the deck at Chelmsford...harmer has a huge role to play here...no brainer for Barstow to bat first here
