Seems to take a lot of catches. Proving to be a very good signing. Runs for Robinson a huge plus and that partnership with Ackermann wss crucial, maybe those two can provide the impetus down the order that we've been lacking.

pity the other catchers weren't as good. we dropped two in two overs early in that Montgomery/Whiteley stand. The IBR drop was a shocker. I think Pottsy dropped the other the over before. I haven't see that one though

That seems to happen regularly- at some point the errors in the field will cost us a game. Especially in T20 where it's fine margins.

the women are off. We won the toss and chose to bat

No Tahlia Wilson. I don't know if that's a contract thing or she misses out with injury. I can be fairly sure that isn't because we have far too many quality options at our disposal

I think I'll pop down for the second half, then in the 18 hours 'please spend some more money while you wait' interval between the women finishing and the men starting, I might wander down to the allotment, plant out my calabrese and summer cabbage, and then wander back

I've never understood the gap. I'm pretty sure more people would go early and watch the women if there wasn't an hour and a half interval between the two

I imagine we'll be put to the sword by Georgia Adams and Amanda Jade Wellington, but you never know....... we've had a couple of good wins recently so team confidence might be high
