Judging from the contents of this thread, which will probably go on for a long time, KP is getting the sort of public reaction, good or bad, that he would want.
Of course, the debate, like so many, takes one nowhere and will eventually die out, to be replaced by new issues.
The fact remains that KP is unlikely to play for England again, certainly whilst the present establishment is in place.
KP will probably make a fair bit of money, he may or may not get sued for libel, which may, or may not, be settled out of court.
As for establishing the truth - well that's a pretty pointless and impossible exercise, but no doubt there'll be a lot more column inches filled. The only truth is we lost 5-0, one player went home, one retired and the fall-out was an undignified shambles.
As for the other interesting bits AC refers to, KP's exploits on the field have already been well documented and also covered by huge amounts of video and footage easily accessible, far more than those of players of past eras - so I'll give his book a miss I think.
